Drum roll please...announcing 'Employee of the Quarter'

Martin Personnel Auckland has formally introduced 'Employee of the Quarter' Awards and below we share who the recent winner is.

With some outstanding efforts across the client sites in Auckland last quarter, it was a tough selection process, but we finally reached a decision. We are pleased to announce the winner as Misieliota.

Misieliota (Misi) is a hardworking young man with a great attitude and good manners. He’s got a great outlook on life and his main purpose for showing up to work every day is to make sure that his family is well looked after.

Misi achieved 100% attendance record, completed an average of 50hrs every week and on top of that his communication was fantastic. Another contributing factor behind Misi’s recognition as Employee of the Quarter is his demonstration of personal values; aligning well with both Martin Brower and Martin Personnels’ values. Misi’s commitment, respect for himself, MPL and our client, teamwork and not giving up has cemented his top place for this achievement and recognition.

Misi is a guy with few words, but his work and actions speak volumes. He’s got the qualities of a future leader – if Misi continues to push himself, then along with some guidance and support, we're sure he'll become a team leader. Misi’s commitment and determination to his assignment have rewarded him with this sought-after award which included a swag of vouchers to spend on petrol and popular retailers.
