Whether you spot a vacancy you are interested in on our jobs page or via an advertisement or want to be considered for any other job vacancies that arise, the first step is to register with us. You can do that online via our registration page.
If you see a specific job you are interested in, either click the apply now button on the job post or call the advertised number. If you need assistance, our team is available to help guide you through the application process.
Once you have registered online, our recruiters will review your qualifications and experience. If you’re a good match for any of our current openings, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps, which may include an interview or skill assessment. If we have nothing for you at the moment, we’ll let you know that too – our process is to hold your information and get in touch with you when something suitable comes up.
Also if there is anything missing from the registration stage, we may be in touch to request further information to finalise your registration with us.
You will remain an active candidate on our books either until you have notified us that you are no longer seeking a job or wish to de-register – at this stage you can inform us what you would like your status to be. Many candidates choose to pause their job seeking and return at a later date. Please note that all candidates who have been registered for twelve months or more without employment through Martin Personnel are automatically archived and may need to re-register in future. Please contact us if you would like to update your details.
Once you are registered with us you will have access to the candidate portal and can login to the portal to update your details at any time. You can use the portal for administration tasks in relation to your employment through Martin Personnel.
