Yes we do! Once you are registered with us you will have access to the client portal – this can be used for administration associated with any candidates you hire through Martin Personnel. If you need assistance, our team is available to help guide you through any processes involved.
After making contact with us, one of the first things we usually arrange is a meeting with a consultant to fully understand your requirements. We’ll then get busy with selecting suitable candidates and these profiles will be presented to you at a follow up meeting.
Alongside you deciding on who to interview/hire, we’ll prepare the appropriate paperwork for us to formalise agreements. The final stage before our candidates can commence work with you is a workplace health & safety audit. By the time this process has been completed, everything will be set up on our systems ready for your employee(s) to commence work.
